Section 285
Writing to be washed
(1) After five years from the final decision of the case, the court shall destroy the documents in the case file except the following documents:-
(a) Petition,
(b) statement,
(c) Counterclaim or Counterclaim,
(d) Term issued in the name of the party,
(e) Maps relating to the case,
(f) Gross Evidence Paper,
(g) Memorandum of Agreement,
(h) Appeals,
(i) Petition for retrial or review,
(j) judgment, decision, final order passed by the court,
(k) Other documents deemed necessary to protect according to law.
(2) Before washing the paper according to subsection (1), the Shrestedar shall prepare a list of the documents to be washed and keep his signature on such list.
